Chris Klein has been officially charged with driving under the influence, People reports. The charge stems from his June 16 arrest. If convicted, he could face four days in jail. (This is Klein’s second DUI offense — the actor was convicted of the charge in 2005.) Klein checked into rehab on June 21, less than one week after his arrest.

OMG! Four whole days in jail??? How awful for him! And if he had hit and killed someone while driving drunk what would have happened?
I sense sarcasm in your message but can’t figure out your point… is it that 4 days in jail isn’t enough? That seems to be it. If so, please say that. If not, please explain.
BTW, alcohol is legal in the USA.
