Joe Jackson to file wrongful death suit

Filed under: News and tagged:

One year after the death of Michael Jackson, the pop star’s father, Joe Jackson, will file a wrongful death suit against Dr. Conrad Murray. TMZ has obtained the legal papers, which claim, among other things, that Murray provided emergency paramedics with no medical history of Jackson, and did not mention that he had administered Propofol to the singer. (The papers also say that Conrad attempted to get rid of evidence of the drug in Jackson’s home.) Murray’s lawyer didn’t immediately respond to EW’s calls for comment.

blah blah blah…this would have been more effective had it been done much, much sooner. Everyone notice how Joe has appeared more in the media the closer it came to the 1 year anniversary?

What is there to recover? By all accounts, the doctor is broke or near broke. This sounds like another publicity stunt.

  • It is always someone elses fault

Well, since Joe is not in MJ’s will he will find a way to make money off of his son somehow… Also, Can he not make up his mind who to blame for his son’s death? First, it is Dr. Murry’s fault, then it is his (estranged) wife, Katherine fault for not getting Michael the help he needed. How about Joe looking into the mirror and taking a hard look at himself and wondering if he has some of the blame for Michael’s death?

Agreed! anything to make a buck off his son. So tired of this family of leeches who continue to make money off of Michael.

Can you let Michael rest in peace, and tell Joe he’s getting NOTHING.
