Tonya Paoni, a contestant on the third season of CBS’ Big Brother, has been arrested for reckless homicide in connection with a July 2009 car crash in Illinois that killed two people, according to TMZ and The State Journal-Register in Springfield, Ill. Police allege that the 43-year-old Paoni — who now uses the name Tonya Casper — was driving under the influence when her automobile collided with an SUV on Interstate 72 near Springfield. One passenger in the SUV was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene; a second died when he was struck by another car as he was standing in the highway. Paoni was arrested on May 27 and charged with reckless homicide, aggravated DUI, two counts of aggravated reckless conduct, two counts of aggravated reckless driving, and speeding. Paoni is being held on $1 million bond at Sangamon County Jail and will appear in court on July 19.

Damn.
Looks like this is one house she’ll be locked into with strangers…
[takes off sunglasses]
…where she won’t be voted out.
YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
I give that a noine on a ten scale.
I don’t think they’ll be letting her make PB & Lettuce bikinis in jail…not that she’d probably want to attract any more attention to her hot bod.
lots of BB contestants are felons, that fat dude, Adam ” brawler” who blew the $ 500K selling oxicontin to the cops,
I wonder if she will have to share a cell with Matthew Broderick and Rebecca Gayheart? Oh, that’s right, they only had to pay fines when they killed people with their cars. I guess being on a reality show doesn’t cut it with the authorities, you have to have been in a movie, and in Gayheart’s case, it doesn’t even have to have been a good movie.
Were Matthew Broderick and Rebecca Gayheart drunk/under the influence when they killed people? If not, that might be the difference. If so, then it is unfair.
Hmmm, good question, if only there were a quick and easy way for you to look up that information. Unfortunately, no one has created a search engine which would make you asking the question redundant. Until someone creates such a thing, I suppose the answer to your question will have to remain a mystery.
Broderick was dring in Europe where he was unfamiliar with driving on the other side of the road. It was deemed an accident.
driving…sorry to the grammer police.
Wow TDot, I’m sure the parents of the 9 year old that Rebecca Gayheart ran down in a crosswalk(as her car swerved past others that were patiently waiting for the little boy to pass) will be relieved to hear that the death of their child was “fair” because she was talking on a cell phone and not under the influence.
It is not known whether or not Broderick had been drinking that night, he claims to remember nothing about that day. The parents said that it was “a travesty of justice” that he got away with a small fine.
While we’re at it, Laura Bush also killed someone with her car. She ran a stop sign, she didn’t even have the excuse of driving while impaired, she just couldn’t be bothered to obey traffic laws. She didn’t even get a fine. Sure, this reality show bimbo deserves jail time, but the way I see it, she should have a lot of company.
Was she the peanut butter bikini Milf?
I think she was the one who looked like a stripper–the so-called mother with fake boobs.
Sleazy, useless excuse for a human being killed my nephew!
Good Mike he got what he deservered and now shes getting what she desevres
Sad for everyone involved…pray for the families
I’m no longer positive where you’re getting your information, however great topic. I needs to spend a while learning more or figuring out more. Thank you for great information I was looking for this info for my mission.
