A new court date — July 7 — has been scheduled for Charlie Sheen over his domestic violence arrest in Aspen on Christmas Day, the Associated Press reports. The actor has pleaded not guilty to the charges, which include menacing, criminal mischief, and assault. Sheen will attend a hearing June 18 before the July 7 hearing. Sheen’s lawyer said the hearing was set “in contemplation of a final disposition being made that’s acceptable to the district attorney’s office.”
