A judge in Connecticut cleared actor Rip Torn of his DUI charge Friday after he had participated in a court-ordered alcohol education program, the Associated Press reports. Though the DUI charges — stemming from a 2008 arrest — have been dismissed, Torn is still facing charges that he broke into a bank carrying a weapon while under the influence of alcohol. He will be in court Tuesday for the case.
