Regarding some of the insenstive comments, the Saviour had the harshest words for those who were judgmental–and religious. “Judge not lest ye yourselves be judged.” As for my own thoughts, Ronnie will be greatly missed, and my prayer is now that he is in a place of rest and joy. My prayer is also that those hit hardest by this loss will receive love and support from God, family and friends.

Actually,Dio first used the hand sign in the song long live rock and roll.And he explained in concert that is what the hand sign meant to him and his fans.The grandma thing is true as well,but for show biz he changed it to long live rock and roll.The devil horn spin started after he went solo.
One of my favorite albums is Black Sabbath Live Evil. That was a great raw jam and inspired me to play guitar and other instruments. RJD was a big part of that and I will never forget him God Bless RJD ,RIP. Love RGH
