A 10-year-old boy was struck and killed Thursday by a bus on the property of Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., according to the AP. The boy was riding a bicycle when the bus, which was operated by Disney, hit the child near the Fort Wilderness camping resort. The boy was riding with an 11-year-old friend, who had no injuries, and none of the bus’ passengers were hurt.

April Fools?
if so this is the worst april fools joke ever. =/ disney u got some splainnin to do!
Shouldn’t stories on/in Entertainment Weekly be about – oh, I don’t know – people who are involved in the world of ENTERTAINMENT?! If I wanted to read about tragedies that happen to those not in the entertainment industry I would go to a general-news website.
It may not be about a celebrity, but Disney actually IS part of the entertainment industry.
I am not denying that this was a horrible accident. However, I have to ask one question? “The boy was riding with an 11-year-old friend, who had no injuries” Where were the child’s parents? Just because it is Disney World does not mean bad things cannot happen.
well i happen to be at disney world on spring break for senior trip when this happened. It was a very horrible site to see. The boys parents were in their hotel room. The boys were waiting for parents to come outside. The 11- year old friend was riding on the sidewalk and the 10 year old boy was in the street and didn’t see the bus coming…..
