Report: Fourth woman emerges in Sandra Bullock/Jesse James cheating scandal

Another woman is alleging that she, too, had a romantic relationship with Jesse James, the husband of Oscar winner Sandra Bullock, People.com is reporting. The unidentified woman, a “beautiful model and business woman,” according to a statement issued to People by her lawyer, Gloria Allred, alleges she’s been seeing James for years. People says this is the fourth woman to step forward and claim to have been romantically linked with James during his marriage to Bullock.

Don Johnson may star in ABC comedy

Don Johnson, who starred in CBS’ long-running Nash Bridges and recently appeared in When in Rome, is in negotiations to topline ABC’s comedy pilot Southern Discomfort, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Johnson would play the series’ central character, a tough convervative Texan whose life is turned upside down when his grown kids move back in. Steve Talley has signed on as the “slacker” son, who turned down a baseball scholarship to pursue writing.

Axl Rose sued for nearly $2 million

Front Line Management has filed suit against Axl Rose, claiming the singer owes $1.9 million in unpaid fees, according to the Associated Press. The company, founded by Irving Azoff, claims it had an oral agreement with Rose to receive 15 percent of the Guns N’ Roses’ frontman’s earnings.

Orson Welles returns to the big screen

Drac Studios is moving forward with a full-fledged film production based on a recently discovered recording of the late Orson Welles narrating a children’s Christmas novel. Christmas Tails, to be directed by Todd Tucker and narrated by Welles, will be about how Santa’s dog saves Christmas. “But on one level, this is a story about the discovery of Orson’s lost tapes,” Drac president Harvey Lowry told The Hollywood Reporter.

Director Stephen Daldry considered for 'Breaking Dawn'

Summit Entertainment has reached out to Stephen Daldry, who directed Oscar fare like Billy Elliot, The Reader, and The Hours, to possibly direct the fourth film in the Twilight franchise, Breaking Dawn, the L.A. Times’ 24 Frames reports. Sofia Coppola, Bill Condon and Gus Van Sant have all been approached as well.

Beyonce and Jay-Z reportedly expecting first child

The New York Post (via Mediatakeout.com) is reporting that BeyoncĂ© and Jay-Z are expecting their first child together. The website, which touts itself as the “most visited urban website in the world,” says it learned of the news from a “rock solid source.” The Post checked with BeyoncĂ©’s personal rep, who did not confirm the report: “No comment,” the rep said. “We don’t respond to private-matter inquiries.”

David Cross to release third comedy album

Comedian David Cross is set to release another comedy album, his third, titled Bigger and Blacker on May 25, according to Hit Fix. The stand-up album was recorded live at Boston’s Wilbur Theatre last year, and lots of the material comes from his latest book, I Drink for a Reason.

'Lips Together, Teeth Apart' postponed after Megan Mullally's exit

In the wake of Will & Grace actress Megan Mullally’s departure from the Broadway revival of Terrrance McNally’s Lips Together, Teeth Apart after two weeks of rehearsal, the entire production has been put on hold indefinitely, according to The New York Times. Todd Haimes, the creative director of the theater where Lips was to be staged, said there was no way to maintain the schedule that had been laid out after Mullally quit so close to the preview start date of April 9. (The show was to open April 29.) According to Times sources, Mullally butted heads with director Joe Mantello after she requested that her costar Patton Oswalt be replaced in the show.

TV Guide network scores off-network rights to 'Weeds'

According to the The Hollywood Reporter, TV Guide network has acquired the off-network rights to Weeds. The Showtime series, which stars Mary Louise Parker and is now in production on its sixth season, shares a production company with TV Guide owners Lionsgate. It will begin airing on the channel in September.

Taylor Lautner to be directed by John Singleton in 'Abduction'

Twilight star Taylor Lautner’s upcoming star turn in Abduction will be directed by John Singleton, according to Deadline.com. The thriller, about a man who finds his own baby picture on a missing persons website, is Lautner’s first real headlining role. Singleton’s last big screen feature was 2005′s Four Brothers. The film is slated to begin shooting in July.
