Reuters reports Joe Jackson, the father of the late Michael Jackson, is planning to file a wrongful death suit against Conrad Murray, the doctor who administered the fatal dose of anesthetic that killed the pop icon. Murray has already been charged with manslaughter in the criminal case, and the death was ruled a homicide by L.A. officials. Jackson’s lawyer says their suit will be filed within 90 days, and has likened Murray’s actions to playing Russian roulette and “loading six bullets into a gun with only six chambers.”

I hope that this will be for the benefit of Michael’s children.
I think it’s mainly to benefit Joe Jackson’s pocket book. HOWEVER, it does seem that this could be a strong case.
don’t be ludicrous. papa joe lost his suit to get a part of the jackson estate. he’s going to keep trying to get money however he can get it, cause he didn’t have a lot when michael was alive. michael had had enough. too bad his mother keeps supporting this deadbeat.
