CBS pilot 'True Love' adds Tyler Labine

Filed under: News and tagged: ,

Reaper‘s Tyler Labine is joining the cast of CBS’ multi-camera comedy pilot True Love, about the relationships of four friends in New York, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The story revolves around a kind lawyer, Henry (Jason Biggs), who falls for a stranger (Minka Kelly) while in a long-term relationship; Labine will play Henry’s cynical best friend. He replaces Dan Fogler, who was originally cast in the role, but the pilot will be in second position to his current Fox show, Sons of Tucson, which he’ll remain committed to if it stays on the air.

Talk about being in a good position. If Sons doesn’t work out, he can knock it out the park working with the future mrs. jeter. I put that in lower case because that is NOT a sure possiblity.

Tyler seems to be a very lucky guy. he had pretty much the same deal last with with Sons of Tucson which was “secondary” to Reaper should it have been picked up.

TYLER seems so money hungry. Sons of Tucson is a great show and he tanked it.

i agree. Way to show a network you care about a show sock. Bail on it and of course it will die. So greedy you are.
