Another woman is alleging that she, too, had a romantic relationship with Jesse James, the husband of Oscar winner Sandra Bullock, People.com is reporting. The unidentified woman, a “beautiful model and business woman,” according to a statement issued to People by her lawyer, Gloria Allred, alleges she’s been seeing James for years. People says this is the fourth woman to step forward and claim to have been romantically linked with James during his marriage to Bullock.

I don’t know why women fall for the “I’m no longer married I’m separated” storyline. Unless a man has signed on the dotted line of the divorce paper, I’d stay far away from him. Sorry, no. Jesse James and Janine Lindemulder were not divorced when Bullock and James first met. They may have been separated – though Lindemulder has claimed that because of the pregnancy, she was led by James at the time to believe that they were going to work things out. Lindemulder also alleged in her answer to the divorce filing that Bullock actively kept them from reconciling, and was the main reason James was pushing for sole custody of their daughter (though, honestly, that probably had more to do with the fact that Lindemulder beat the crap out of James while he was recovering from surgery). It wasn’t until much later, under threat of losing custody, that Lindemulder became more cooperative with the idea of Bullock having anything to do with the child (and Lindemulder’s own bad behavor, arrests and jail time didn’t help her cause). They married in 2002 and divorced in 2004, so they were not “divorced within a year of their marriage.” Before you so gleefully “correct” others, perhaps you should do a little research of your own.

I’m with pretty much everyone here. Sandra or any woman doesn’t deserve this, she is like most women who think they are in love and see things differently. She is and intelligent woman and made her choice in life and has to live with her mistake. I’ve wondered the same thing. I hate when they say, “I just felt it was my responsibility,” and so on. The ONLY reason to do so is to get media attention and hopefully some bucks for an exclusive story. Better yet, they may snag a reality show out of it. Sorry, but if I’m with someone, I should be able to trust them enough to not hire a detective out of suspicion that they may be cheating on me. I can’t be one of those women that freaks out each time her boyfriend doesn’t call to “check in” with her, or when he comes home late or when he talks to someone of the opposite sex. Women want a married man because single men are wolves and married men are to some degree “tamed and civilized” by having been married. Marriage is not an easy thing and you have to work at it but once you find that person you love and marry them you have made a commitment. Actually, that’s not what was said. All relationships should have agreements about what is expected from each party, and it’s not up to anyone else to define those parameters. If fidelity and monogamy are part of that agreement, then both people should keep their damn pants on unless they are together.
