The 83rd annual Academy Awards are set to take place Sunday, Feb. 27, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The movie industry’s penultimate event joins an already-packed schedule, including The Golden Globes on Sunday, Jan. 16, the DGA Awards on Saturday, Jan. 29, and the SAG Awards on Sunday, Jan. 30.

The Oscars seem to be getting earlier and earlier every year. I remember just a few years ago when they were scheduled at the end of March.
They were moved to then end of February back in 2004. They were only in March this year and in 2006 because of the Winter Olympics.
That should be the end of February.
