People is reporting that a source has confirmed that Sarah Palin’s Alaskan reality show with Mark Burnett is headed to the Discovery Channel. The former governor of Alaska has reportedly picked up $1 million per episode. As previously reported by EW, which broke the news that Palin was doing a show earlier this month, the project will be a travelogue-type documentary in which Palin gives viewers an intimate look at her home state.

If I were an Alaska citizen, I wouldn’t be so quick to bash her. This show will focus on the beauty and unique culture of Alaska, which will likely bring valuable tourist dollars to your state. Not everything has to be political, people.
Alaskans get a fat check from the state every year from oil revenue. I think everyone with an ounce of a brain has an obligation to bash Sarah Palin. The woman is not qualified to bag groceries at Wal-Mart. I would never visit a state where the people are so clearly a bunch of chillbilly morons.
