27-year-old Reno resident Justin Massler was arrested on a New York warrant for stalking Celebrity Apprentice star Ivanka Trump, 28, over the Internet, according to the Los Angeles Times. On his blog, Massler described himself as “a celebrity stalker who is obsessed with Ivanka Trump.” Reno police Lt. Mike Whan told the Associated Press that Massler “has been doing postings all over the Internet,” but has never had any physical or face-to-face interaction with Trump. As of Thursday, Massler remained without bail in the Washoe County Jail in Reno.

So let me get this straight. If I post on facebook that I am obsessed with a celebrity, I can be arrested for stalking? This article is either missing a bunch of facts or this guy is the victim of an overzealous police force.
