Elisabetta Canalis, the Italian actress seen alongside George Clooney throughout this year’s awards season, will guest star on five episodes of the TNT drama Leverage when it returns this summer, People reports. She will play a mysterious woman simply called “the Italian.” Canalis has been dating Clooney since last summer. She previously appeared on Italy’s satirical daily news show Striscia la Notizia as well as other movies and TV series, including this year’s Fratelli Benvenuti.
