Reuters reports that the Orlando Sentinel got ahold of Florida Highway Patrol records that indicate that domestic violence might have occurred the night of Tiger Woods’ Nov. 27 car crash. According to the records — which were released after a Dec. 16 public records request by the Sentinel — the crew who took the golfer from the scene of his crash did not let Woods’ wife, Elin Nordegren, in the car because it was a case of domestic violence.
The records also say Nordegren told officers she used a golf club to break the windows of Woods’ SUV, and pulled him out of the car. One officer noted a cut on the golfer’s lower lip. Woods has repeatedly denied domestic violence claims.
Tiger said that Elin deserves praise not blame and that there has never been an incident of domestic violence between them, ever. So why is people always trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill? The media should stop using Tiger Woods and his family for high ratings and sales. Tiger is trying to put his life back together and he has a right to do so. Tiger wants to save his marriage and family, let him do it! Get off their back!!!
While I’m all for forgetting about Tiger and his wife, I do have to shake my head at your naivety. Tiger’s claim that his wife “saved” him during the car accident was just ludicrous, we all know that didn’t actually happen. Bashing in the back window of a car doesn’t help get the driver out of the driver’s seat, the only explanation is that she was beating the back window. And with the very long list of mistresses, is there any reason to doubt how furious she must have been?
What do “we all know”? Not a thing. Suspicious? Sure. But until we get actual confirmation from the people involved, things are far from certain. Since they aren’t likely to do that anytime soon, why continuously speculate? Isn’t there a twilight or American Idol post to be written?
Fun fact: if you google ambulance the first news story is about Tiger Woods.
