Entertainment Weekly managing editor Jess Cagle, model-entrepreneur Kathy Ireland, and The View‘s Sherri Shepherd will co-host ABC’s Oscars Red Carpet…2010 Sunday night at 8 p.m. ET. This is Cagle’s second consecutive year as a Red Carpet host. The 30-minute telecast will immediately precede The 82nd Annual Academy Awards.

There’s no need to ask “who’s Jess Cagle.” He’s been with Entertainment Weekly for some time. I think he also worked for other magazines, but he’s back with EW. I’ve subscribed to this magazine since 1996. I know who Jess Cagle is. Plus, he’s not that bad to look at.
SOmeone needs to tell Kathy Ireland that she isn’t posing for a magazine photo. She is moving back and forth and sticking her chest out and forcing her arm back as if she is showing off a swimsuit. This is not her strong suit. WTF!!!!???

When I first heard Kathy Ireland talk, I thought it was a joke. She was horrible, like a crazy caricature of what not to do at the Oscars. She was stiff, awkward. When I found out it was her, I was horrified. She was maybe just frozen nervous, since she’s clearly not an actress, but she was baaaaad. Eeeeek!
