Adam Scott (Party Down, Leap Year) is joining the cast of NBC’s Parks and Recreation as a love interest for Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), Variety reports. He will appear on the last two episodes of Parks and Rec this season, and will return as a regular in season three.

First Rob Lowe, now Adam Scott. I think these additions are intesting (especially Scott), but I hope they don’t take away any screen time from the current regulars.
Except for Mark and Ann – I’m ok with them getting less screen time.
These are poor additions – a perfect love interest for Leslie would have been Will Friedle

I swear you and me are the same person, we arent people, so dont start that crap. But you want to see Will Friedle back on TV as much as me. I suggested him for Dancing With the Stars, Becketts love interest on Castle, I just miss Eric From Boy Meets World. Actually Adam Scott is from Boy Meets World, Griff Hawkins who took over for Harley Kiener and his lackeys Frankie and Joey.

These Parks & Rec additions keep getting better and better. I love the addition of Adam Scott! Hope that doesn’t mean the end of him being the lead of Party Down.
Apparently, he’ll be in three episodes in Season 3 of ‘Party Down’ [if it is renewed] but, for me, that just ain’t enough. Still, at least ‘Parks and Recreation’ isn’t much of a step down from the best comedy around.

This castings better not take away the screen time the hilarious supporting players Jerry and Donna get.

Yay! I love Adam Scott. He is very under the radar, but I have loved everything he has done from Veronica Mars to Party Down.
