Fashion designer Alexander McQueen died of asphyxiation after hanging himself in a wardrobe in his London apartment, a British coroner’s official said today. No, “hanged” is the correct word when you’re speaking of a person. “Hung” is used for paintings, photographs, posters, Christmas stockings and ornaments, macrame plant holders, etc. Well, it’s also used for some men too, but in a totally different context
I suppose you could say that a person was hung, but only if that person was hoisted up onto a coat hook on the back of a door, or something like that.
If you’re going to question someone’s grammar, usage, or spelling in a public forum, you should probably do your homework first.

Actually, “hanged” is grammatically correct. According to http://www.englishrules.com, “Pictures can be hung, but people are always hanged.”

What I am saying is that we all at some point go through hardships. Some are harder than others, but there is always a way out, and it’s not by killing yourself. Think about your family. If you’re not close to your family, think about the future you could have. Try to live to tell the story of how you were down and out but found a way to live and be successful.
