I loved that Rick Bayless won the first season especially because he shows the world what true Mexican cuisine is. He was always so calm, cool and collected…..it just goes to prove that he is a “working” chef. My vote is for Susan Feniger with Street….she is very much a working chef, always in the kitchen: I know cuz I was her chef or three years at Border in Santa Monica!!

I watched the Top Chef Masters on the airplane this month, twice, and both times they had to cut it off right before announcing the winner. Does anyone know who won the Top Chef episode with the “Lost” writers as judges. The chefs were Elizabeth, Wylie, Susan and Graham.

Does any one know the format for Season 2. How will it work starting with 22 contestants?

The dinnerware used is awesome. Who makes the white chine deep bowls that were shaped like a UFO with a hole in the center. Awesome

My husband and i felt joyful that Chris managed to round up his studies from the precious recommendations he was given from your very own web page. It is now and again perplexing just to continually be giving freely secrets and techniques which usually some people may have been selling. We really recognize we’ve got you to thank because of that. The type of explanations you made, the simple site navigation, the relationships you can aid to instill – it’s most overwhelming, and it is helping our son and our family believe that the theme is entertaining, which is extremely indispensable. Thanks for everything!
