Charlie Sheen and his wife, Brooke Mueller, are due in an Aspen court today on allegations of domestic violence, the AP reports. Sheen faces arraignment charges stemming from a Christmas Day altercation with his wife in Aspen and is expected to enter a plea on suspicion of felony menacing, second-degree assault, and criminal mischief. The couple is also seeking to modify a protective order that would bar Sheen from seeing Mueller, a standard practice in cases of alleged domestic violence. Though the judge allowed Sheen to visit Mueller when she was recently hospitalized in intensive care, prosecutors declined the request to dismiss the protective order. Sheen and Mueller have said, through their attorneys, that they would like to spend time together to reconcile.
