She will be sorely missed. Alice reminded me so much of my grandmother. But both lived Long lives. My granmother til the age of 100 and “Alice Horton” til 95. Rip
i was so sad to here of her passing…i remember watching days of our lives in black & white with my grandmother. mr & mrs Horton were so young and they really made the story line with the lives of our everyday familys she will be so saddly missed by all……..how will take her spot as now…who will everybody go to now?
she also played in The sound of Music as one of the Nun’s

I just loved Frances Reid! She was such I wonderful actress and she remembered me of my grandmother who passed away 2 years ago. When Alice passed away it was kind of like losing another grandma. You will truly be missed Grandma Horton! God bless your family and friends!
