The 4.5 million viewers represents a 29 percent increase over last year, when it drew 3.5 million viewers on TLC. The show, which aired on TLC and was hosted by Mario Lopez, drew its highest viewership since 2004, the last year the pageant aired on a broadcast network, specifically when it drew 9.8 million viewers on ABC in 2004.
