The AP is reporting that Rip Torn’s attorney says the actor may enter an alcohol rehabilitation center in New York as early as Tuesday. The Men In Black and 30 Rock star is accused of breaking into bank in Litchfield, CT., on Friday night with a loaded gun in his pocket. The actor was arraigned today in Litchfield on several charges and is scheduled to return to court on February 17. Torn’s publicist wasn’t immediately available for comment.
