That was a killer funny play. If you’re visiting New York, catch it. The website used to have a deal where 39 tickets for each show sold for $39. Try googling “39for39″.

So excited to see a news item on this! 39 Steps was one of the funniest live shows I’ve ever seen, and every who loves farce owes it to themselves to catch it if they’re in NY.

Also, this is only the 2nd show in history to move back Off-Broadway following a Broadway run (the first was Avenue Q earlier this year). Cool stuff. Don’t miss ‘em!

      Every ONE who loves farce…heh.

I love this new trend of moving under-selling-but-still-selling Broadway shows to Off-Broadway houses. It only seems fair — a movie stops selling out but still fills some seats, it just goes to fewer screens and fewer showtimes, but plays just shut down overnight and people really miss out. I hope this trend seriously catches on!
