Director Eric Rohmer has died

French director and critic Eric Rohmer, one of the founding minds behind the French New Wave, has died. Rohmer directed over 50 films, including the Academy Award-nominated My Night at Maud’s. Rohmer was 89 years old.

    Recently, I’ve been re-discovering ERIC ROHMER films…he was a gifted director and film maker. And I agree with “Rohmer Fan” poster…EW…you could have said more about Mr. Rohmer in your news blurb.
