Spammers *thrive* on behaviors you and I are societally educated not to do. Surprise by others actually motivates. Unfortunately, your response also implies missing perspective; when comment systems freely allow comments by anyone, anyone can write a computer program to post anything they please. My question then…why doesn’t this site have a CAPTCHA and ‘report post’ system? Sure, there’s an email link, but I’m on a mobile phone, and it’s already hard enough…site editors…to accurately type in this box, much less providing links (etc) to identify a post.
