Los Angeles prosecutors arrested Pennsylvania man Steven Burky Thursday for stalking actors Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck. According to Reuters, the police said he showed up at their daughter’s school despite a court “stay-away” order. In November 2008, Garner obtained a restraining order against Burky, after telling a judge that she feared for the life of herself and her family. The man continued to stalk Garner until his arrest Monday at the nursery school attended by the couple’s daughter Violet. Burky is currently jailed on $150,000 bail. He faces up to four years in prison, if convicted.
