MTV has cast four actors in its upcoming Teen Wolf series, a re-imagining of the 1985 movie starring Michael J. Fox: Tyler Posey, Tyler Hoechlin, Crystal Reed and Dylan O’Brien. The new version, written by Criminal Minds creator Jeff Davis, will be a dramatic thriller with buddy-comedy and romantic elements. The story will focus on Scott McCall (Posey), a “dorky high-school student who gets a rush of new powers, including the ability to attract girls, after a wolf attack,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. O’Brien will play Scott’s best friend; Reed, the love interest; and Hoechlin, an evil werewolf villain.

What MTV needs to do is bring back “Sypder Games”! Granted, those kids are all grown and what not but still. MTV just stopped showing it after 9/11. I need to know what happened towards the end!

This is so weird, tyler posey was the fan’s and stephenie meyer’s original choice for Jacob in “twilight” and now he is playing another werewolf… weird
I think the show is going to be cool and it doesn’t have to be the same as the original that would be just boring to see it all over again only with different people you might as well watch your dvd of the old one.
Yeah! I agree with frack and anyways tyler hoechlin is a good actor he is doing what he wants to do if acting is what he wants to do than he should do it so Elizabeth should keep her opinon to herself.
