I am really interested in knowing how many people who are posting on these sites actually watched the AMAs on the night it aired and not afterwards on YouTube? I live in L.A., so by the time it aired here, the “crotch” shot and the flipping of the bird were deleted and they pulled the camera back for the kiss. So, I understand if you watched “live” and actually saw everything and want to comment/complain but don’t come on here and complain if you went on YouTube or any other site and searched out his performance because you were hearing all the hoopla. You obviously were intrigued to see it for yourself and now want to complain.
Jimmy Kimmel slammed FCC for not allowing Adam Lambert to perform. He was pissed off and did a little monologue about it. I hope ABC wisens up and realizes that the FCC does not have control of programming after 10 pm.
For one thing, I haven’t watched ABC since they ruined General Hospital (misogynistic, hateful, violent, ugly) and I haven’t missed them or their shows.
For another, I am SICK TO DEATH of EW turning into The Adam Lambert Minute-by-Minute Update. I’m sure he’s a lovely singer and a lovely person, but nobody needs this kind of coverage. Boycott ABC, don’t boycott ABC, I don’t care. But surely there are other things happening in this world that could use some attention, too? Like Afghanistan, health care, Tiger Woods, the Grammy noms, TV shows getting canceled right and left, movies coming out, reality shows and their finales?? Maybe some spotlight for those things and about 100% less Adam Limburger Cheese would be a nice idea?
Every time you comment on an Adam story, you just prove that he’s newsworthy.
Being newsworthy and being a successful recording artist are two different things. I’m sure Mr. Lambert would give back all the media attention for just one chart-topping album.
I read some of these sayings on here and they are sickening….Watch Adam on Gridlock you tube and he had the best gig….I watched all of his songs….he is fab….and will make it big in the music business….cause he is so positive and wonderful.
