LAPD: No decision on prosecuting Michael Jackson doctor till 2010

Categories: In Memoriam, News

The LAPD has announced that they will not decide whether to prosecute Dr. Conrad Murray — the physician who treated Michael Jackson prior to his June 25 death — until 2010, according to People.com. (“It is not going to be made this year,” LAPD Commander Patrick Gannon told the magazine. “We have taken our time with this to make sure it’s done correctly.”) Jackson’s death was ruled a homicide back in August after a coroner found lethal levels of propofol in his system. Murray has admitted to giving the singer the toxic anesthetic to help him sleep.

I can’t quite shake the feeling that the LAPD really isn’t interested in pursuing this case because they hated MJ. They had a similar reaction to Dee Dee Jackson’s (Tito’s ex-wife) possible murder some years back. They haven’t taken the time to do this correctly starting with their failure to immediately secure the house where Michael died.

Really? They hated MJ? They HATED him?

Michael was obviously murdered after passing a 2 hour physical before his planned London shows,Janet and Latoya was right and the LAPD been after Michael for years expacially with the DA Tom Sneddon that Michael told everyone in his song about him” TOM SNEDDON IS A COLD MAN! its sad and My God Sneedon got to MJ before he could defend himself.SO PLEASE LOCK THE DOCTOR AND SNEDDON!

i think all because of Money.
      Sad

oh please….that freak wanted those drugs…its not the doctor’s fault.

    • Rose

      No hard feeling

were you there? so you know what happened. who asked who don’t. If some one put you to sleep they can give you as many injections they want. no one knows someone asked or not.
so please do not say anything unless we all know the truth.
we lost legend and good music
      Thank you.

It doesn’t matter if the patient wanted the drugs. What doctor with any amount of character and integrity allows his patient to run his practice??? Dr. Murray had the singular responsibility to say NO to his patient when asked to do something improper. This doctor chose to do his patients bidding so he wouldn’t loose his $150,000/month paycheck!! Greedy parasite!!!

He just wanted sleep so he could look good for the concerts and the
doctor gave him to many medications.

I am completely appalled that this man is still allowed to be practicing medicine. What happened to MJ was his fault and I believe that he should not be practicing medicine. I hope he ends up hanging himself with this one. I wouldn’t be one bit surprised if it happens again to someone else! It shouldn’t but the law has allowed it. Jackson family I for one support you, and I hope you are able to find the truth of all of this. I believe it will definitely come out. We have to be patient and that is sometimes hard.

    • Sandy

Yes, I agree with Cecelia that the truth will eventually come out although the waiting is very hard. I also agree that it’s a disgrace that Dr. Conrad Murray is allowed to practice medicine again. That’s a disgrace!! The Jackson family, especially MJ’s children, are in my prayers.

The sad truth is Michael Jackson did alot of illegal things. Like hide a JOHN LENNON daughter (lovechild) money that Lennon intended for her. Ono wanted Jackson to take over the catalogue but now copyrights have come due. Yes UK copyrights where the catalogue was registered. Now a daughter was found on the papers. Jackson had to face a public scrutiny about why he never gave her the money she was suppose to get. Fear killed him and God did the rest.
