Director Roland Emmerich told MTV news that he’s planning two sequels to his 1996 blockbuster Independence Day. “What we want to do in the next—it’s actually two movies—we want to do a bigger arc,” he told MTV. “Independence Day was always like the king who leads his troops into battle against an evil force, and that stays like that.” Though there’s no script yet, there is a title he had in mind: ID4-ever. He also said he expected Independence Day star Will Smith will be involved when the time comes.

If you don’t have a script yet, and you’re largely trying to get people excited about your movie based solely on the title, it HAS to be better than “ID4-ever”
That’s actually one of the worst movie titles I’ve ever heard. Seriously.
Oh no. Please no. This is so bad. Independence Day is not even good. It was so overrated. Ugh. I’m so sick of Roland Emmerich’s movies. He’s a hack.
