New Regency, Peter Chernin win rights to 'My Name Is Memory'

Variety reports that Fox-based New Regency and Peter Chernin have beat out other studios for the film rights to Ann Brashares’ My Name Is Memory. The book, out next June, is the first of a three-book series. The story follows soul mates who keep losing each other as they travel through hundreds of years.
