Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal’s Tribeca Productions have signed a two-year deal with CBS Television Studios, Variety reports. They are currently working on three New York-set projects, including Hotel Rwanda director Terry George’s Securing the City, an hour-long ensemble drama about the NYPD’s counterterrorism unit. Another pilot being readied include Julie Martin’s Felony Review, about twentysomething assistant district attorneys in New York, for The CW. Finally, Tribeca is working with Showtime on Alphaville, about the gritty past of New York’s Alphabet City.
