An L.A. judge has blocked Michael Jackson’s father Joe Jackson’s request for the two executors of the late singer’s estate to be disqualified. The judge ruled that Jackson, who was omitted from Michael’s will, had “no standing” to challenge it. Jackson’s challenge follows his Nov. 6 request to receive a monthly allowance from his son’s estate, which the judge will rule on Dec. 10. Jackson’s former associates John Branca and John McClain were executors of his will and have been administering his estate.

What good is a Will if someone else can change what you wished??
This is probably exactly why MJ named these 2 gentelemen executors in the first place. In order to keep this guy away from his money. Somehow I don’t think that ommiting his dad from the will was an oversight.
Thank god! Joe Jackson is a vile human being. Michael left him out of the will for a reason. He has damn nerve trying to get money out of the estate, just goes to show how much he really cared for his son
Joe Jackson is the most despicable creature that ever walked this earth. No wonder he resembles a prehistoric bird in the face. Someone please give this man what he really deserves and it sure is’nt money. GO AWAY PLEASE JOE and DON’T COME BACK!
Michael may have been a drug addict but he wasn’t dumb.
The fact he named only his mother and not his father in his will was pretty glaring. Although I tend to think Katherine will probably help him out.
Joe Jackson is a greedy and disgusting old man who doesn’t deserve a penny of Michael’s money. One week he’s saying his own son is worth more dead than alive and the next week he wants control of all his money. What does that tell you?
