Fox Searchlight has agreed to co-finance and distribute Black Swan, a supernatural thriller from director Darren Aronofsky (The Wrestler), according to The Hollywood Reporter. The film — about a dancer at the New York City Ballet (Natalie Portman) who doesn’t know if a rival dancer (Mila Kunis) is actually a figment of her imagination — also added Winona Ryder, Barbara Hershey, and Vincent Cassell to the cast, which was first reported by SlashFilm. Shooting is set to start at the end of the year.

Awesome news. Anything Aronofsky does is worth seeing.
OMG..im so happy winona ryder is in this movie..especially since aronofsky is seriously one of the best directors ever and the wrestler has become one of my top ten films of all time..
That’s a nice cast, and I can’t wait to see how they all fare (especially intrigued about Mila and Winona) under Aronofsky’s direction…
Also glad to see Barbara Hershey is alive and kicking! I love her!
Wow, good cast, awesome director. This sounds good. Really happy that Mila Kunis is in this.
