Actor Dennis Hopper, who revealed last week that he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer, attended this weekend’s Breeders’ Cup horse race and spoke about the experimental treatment he’s been receiving at the University of Southern California. “It has great promise,” he told the Associated Press. “Everything’s good right now.” Hopper, 73, also revealed that he’s actually been battling the disease for nine years.
