Categories: News, Television

People.com is reporting that Taylor Jacobson has left Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project and Zoe’s company.  (Bravo hasn’t yet returned EW’s calls for comment.) Jacobson, who assisted star Rachel Zoe with her clients, used her Twitter account today to say there was life after working for an uber-celebrity stylist: ”Today is an end of an era and a beginning of a new professional chapter. Looking forward to what the future brings…!!!”

    Who? What show?

    • Laura

LOL I was gonna write the exact same thing….

Glad she is gone. Her apathetic attitude and whining was grounds enough for being fired. I am sure there is a much better atmosphere at RZ now.

I can’t say I’m surprised. She was clearly becoming frustrated with Rachel’s vague promises and never following through. But I think it will be tough for RZ without her–neither Rachel nor Brad really has the killer instinct Taylor has…she really made things happen around there.

    • Sara

Yeah, she made a lot happen by being really good at boxing up clothes and laying out shoes.

  • DW

She was a depressed sad sack throughout the entire second season, so no big surprise. Rachel should have fired her.

I always liked Taylor’s style. As for the haters, I’d be grumpy too if I was still doing all the grunt work after four years. Yes, Brad is entertaining, but he seems more like a sycophant than a serious employee. Good luck Taylor!

In this day and age with people losing their jobs, Taylor should’ve been grateful to HAVE a job, even if it’s mundane work.

  • Amy

I am happy I won’t have to see Taylor, her side bangs, and her sunglasses EVER AGAIN.

  • Sally

About time. Her complete lack of respect for her boss should have gotten her fired.

I am happy for Taylor to have the gut to move on from a dead-end job.
