ABC News’ Robin Roberts will talk with Janet Jackson in the pop star’s first extended television interview since her brother Michael’s death in June, ABC News announced. The hour-long special, which is called In the Spotlight with Robin Roberts: Janet Jackson, is scheduled to air Nov. 18 on ABC and will reportedly be the first time Jackson has allowed TV cameras to enter her Malibu home.

WHO CARES!
Out of anyone from the Jackson family, Janet is probably the only one I care to hear from. If they were interviewing LaToya or Jermaine, I’d say “Who Cares” right along with you. But in terms of someone who has experienced celebrity at nearly the same level as Michael, Janet’s perspective I think would be valuable.

Very timely to put it out on the same week that her 2-CD number one hits compilation comes out! I love Janet Jackson. I not only love her albums that sold in the millions, but even the few albums that didn’t sell as well, such as her last three. She’s always made quality music and she can make you dance to her high energy songs! I’m also looking forward to her next album in 2010!
For all of you that are trying to act as if janet is using Michaels death for publicity please go somewhere and pray immediately. We view them as entertainers but these were two siblings that seemed to love each other very much. Dont be so cold hearted. Also in defense of Janet using Michaels death for publicity, the people want to know what Janet feels about Michael. All through the years people have attempted to ask Janet questions on Michael and she flat out told them “I do not want to discuss my brother.” Even told Oprah so try something else. As far as the interview airing when her greatest hits comes out have you ever considered that maybe thats the purpose for the interview and ABC is using the fact of it being her first sit down interview since Michaels death as a lure to get more viewers? Have a heart people celebrities hurt when they lose family just like the rest of us.
Because when I think about Janet, the first thing I usually think in, “Why have I not seen inside her Malibu home?”
I’m also interested to hear Janet’s feelings about her brother’s death. And in regard to this for publicity..Janet has always been one of the more media shy and least interviewed celebs. The only time you would ever hear from her was when she had a project to promote. Unlike Beyonce, Hanna Montana, Rhianna, Kanye and tons of other celebs that you wish would just shut the F up. That’s what I’ve always like about Janet, for such a big star, she’s shunned the spotlight more than hogged it. Other celebs should take a lesson from her.

To all the HATERS, GET A LIFE! Michael is loved by many people across the WORLD. He was a kind and loving person. He gave millions to the less fortunate even when he felt like his efforts were going unrecognized. Michael never stop loving and giving to people on every continent regardless of race.
