Ok. This is gossip girl not Little house on the Prairie. Apparently they never saw an episdoe before. The only thing this does is show the ignorance of what some parents think their kids are watching. Sex, Drugs and alchohol have been a theme since the beginning and now they are saying something. I watch it occasionly, but I know what I’m expecting. They are basically providing free publicity for this episode which will air regardless of the huff.
I need to go all caps on you to get my point across:
THERE HASN’T BEEN ANY RACINESS IN THE LATEST SEASON AND CHANCES ARE, THIS “THREESOME” WON’T BE ANY DIFFERENT. SO STOP GETTING YOUR PANTIES IN A BUNCH.
THERE ARE WAY MORE CONTROVERSIAL SHOWS THAN GG ON TELEVISION RIGHT NOW. IT’S SAD, ACTUALLY.
“According to one survey, a third of youths 12 and older say the media encourages them to have sex by making it seem like ‘everybody does it.’” Perhaps the media make it seem like everybody does it because EVERYBODY DOES IT. What, do members of the PTC bud asexually? Quit trying to be the nation’s parents and worry about your own kids.
I didn’t know the PTC could write! Amazing want a bunch of monkeys can do.
I agree that the episode may be inappropriate, but I think it is the parents responsibility to decide if their teenager can watch it. Yes teenagers are influenced by the media, but I feel parents need to step up more.
