Elton John recovering in hospital from flu, E. coli

Elton John is recovering in the hospital from the flu and E. coli, the Associated Press reports. A spokesperson is quoted as saying that John hopes to leave the hospital soon and rejoin his Face2Face tour with Billy Joel; he recently cancelled or postponed a handful of dates due to illness.
