Reese Witherspoon is attached to star in and produce Rule #1, a screenplay acquired by Fox Searchlight, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Terrel Seltzer (One Fine Day) wrote the original screenplay about a New York woman who befriends a Puerto Rican girl with attention deficit disorder.
