Good News! I love Chuck and don’t watch Trauma!
Trauma is a great show. NBC is doing so bad in the ratings because they don’t know what is good or not. They stop ER and at least Trauma fills that interest. KEEP TRAUMA!
Sweet!
Good. That show was terrible!
Good ridance to one of the worst shows of the new season. Now, if they would just cancel Mercy…
Cancel Mercy and keep Trauma!
Cancel Mercy and Trauma!
AGREE! I can’t believe NBC is keeping Mercy over Trauma. I thought Trauma had interesting characters that could develop quite nicely over time. Mercy is over-acted and sorry but I find the lead actress totally annoying and unbelievable.
I hope they put Chuck on sooner.
Cancel Trauma AND Mercy and bring back Reaper!
Have you actually ever seen the show?! I betting most of the people who have posted on this wall haven’t.
Since I haven’t heard what is so bad about Trauma, they probably haven’t seen it. I like the characters and I think the show is funny and exciting.
Oh no!! I was getting genuinely attached. Such a good show. Way better than “Mercy”. I knew it was coming but it sucks nonetheless.
That’s the problem – attachment – most emergency responders and trauma folks don’t have the personal attachments to their patients – makes for un-realistic portrayal of what is in real life a bad situation
It’s not doing that much worse than Heroes.
Good, no more crappy medical shows.
Crap, that’s the one new medical show I thought would stay. Why don’t we put Jay Leno on for 2 hours! >:(
I love your comment. Put jay on for another hour. it’s a disaster right now, giving him another hour is hilarious…more bad tv. Television is supposed to inspire us, entertain us, not just a noise
Can we get CHUCK back in Nov or Dec
This was a GREAT show. If you didn’t watch, you don’t know what you’re missing. It’s just as good as SOUTHLAND. I love CHUCK – but they should keep TRAUMA. There is no accounting for the general public’s general lack of taste or vision….
The episode last night was one of the most offensive I’ve seen on TV. A paramedic physically and verbally abusing and obese patient, without any consequences. In real life he could and should have been immediately fired. I will not support any of the sponsers of this show, it was so offensive. I am glad its not being renewed. I wish they would yank it right now. Its a disservice to the real professional that do their job with dignity and compassion towards their patients.
You can’t be serious you and people like you suck. I am over weight if i was the one who called the ambulance because i felt chess pains but continued to stuff my face and kill myself i needed that wake up call your an ass it is offensive to who? you just need something to blame for the dumbest reasons why not blame the show oh its offensive because he told the hardcore truth to a guy wow that really hurt grow up.
I agree with antione. lallanson does suck and is an example of whiny left leaning liberals. And before anyone complains about that comment I am a left leaning liberal as well as clinically obese. First, how could he be fired if he wasn’t reported? I know that if i was in that situation i wouldn’t report him cause wow, totally embarrasing for me. And it’s unlikely his partner would report him (even in real life). Sure it wasn’t professional, but hey, we all have a rough day at work and say stuff we shouldn’t.
Relax, Fatso..as a Flight Nurse myself, I,unlike your fat self ,Know that not every patient is polite and cooperative. I agree that many aspects of the show are not spot on as far as reality is concerned(the 20-something pilot for one)but it is ENTERTAINMENT; So go back in the trailer and watch dancing with the stars..I don’t think the sponsors will fold without your support..Besides, does Wal-Mart even carry their products?
Good comment. I loved Southland also and now I am switching to watch TNT because NBC cancelled Southland too! NO MORE LENO PLEASE!
This is one show I’m happy they cancelled. It looked hopeful, but it drove me insane. Did they get any input from any Paramedics? I spent most of the time rolling my eyes. They would never respond to a scene without fire (especially in a rescue situation), same with the helicopter…no way would there be no other assistance. Is there only one hospital there…jeez. And one trauma doctor who is in charge of everything. Not to mention how totally unlikable the characters were. I know a lot..and they are cocky, but nothing to that extent. Now unfortunatly it will be replaced by another reality show. (sigh)
First of all – in case you didn’t notice – they apparently are PART of the FD. Second – after over 20 years in EMS, there have been MANY times that I got there before the fire trucks, and in some jurisdictions, they only came if I requested them. I agree with you about the one doctor in charge complaint, to a degree. That is that it is unrealistic to believe that the head of the ER, which I presume is what Jamie Sheridan’s character is, would not scrub in in the OR and abandon his patients in the ER. Their technical advisors need to be more careful playing fast and loose with reality.
Never watched Trauma nor Mercy and only watch Jay as filler; but I do watch Chuck and can’t for its return. I agree with Nick that Reaper should be brought back if at all possible. I also enjoyed Pushing Daisies. Anything but more same-o phoney night time Soap Operas.
And this is a surprise to ???
