Considering on his 2007 tour (after being gone for ~10 years), he sold out his KC date and they had to had more shows, I’m not surprised by the headline.

Country fans are devoted and when one resurfaces, they are always there. Not to mention Garth’s top price is a lot less than most headliners in LV and that is affecting the big sales. He’ll sell out every show for the next couple of years.

I disagree. I’m sure that Garth Brooks’ fans went crazy for those Las Vegas tickets and immediately went to the computer to order their tickets online or called the toll-free number! His fans have stayed loyal since the ’90s! At least it’s a smaller venue and those tickets might have scooped up that quick in those 5 hours!

Mariah’s more of a video artist…boobs hangin’ out, guest rappers etc. seeing her shriek those awful songs live ain’t much of a threel.

unfortunately the headline is nice, but the venues and casinos usually buy up most of the tickets and give them as comps…so did those ticket sales= fans or freebies…my guess is the latter..

I just saw Mariah at the 2,500 seat theater at the Palms, and she didn’t sell out ANY of the 4 dates she played.
