Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber has been diagnosed with prostate cancer, BBC News confirms. A statement from his spokesman said the cancer was in very early stages. “Andrew is now undergoing treatment and expects to be fully back at work before the end of the year,” the statement said. Webber is the composer of musicals including Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita and The Phantom of the Opera. His latest project is Love Never Dies, a Phantom sequel.

Excited beyond belief about the Phantom sequel!!!
Feel better, ALW! I literally just got back from seeing CATS in Orlando.
why make a sequel to Phantom, when i even doubt it even match up to the original? I’m sorry but sometimes sequels leave a bad taste in my mouth. Hope he gets soon
