Oh and one more thing, I would like to see some happiness, I hope there will be some happiness at the end of New Moon, that was my least favorite book because it was so sad for her, anyone who have had their heart broken knows you feel dead inside and walk around like a zombie. But I want to see some happiness between these two. Some laughing in between the angst.
the only reason CW has a free hand on new moon is because Rob (the driving force of twilght success) told him to stick to the book……that shows what a generous and humble person he is, but the script stinks since jacob appear early in the movie when Edward and Bella were still together…not after Edward left as per the book……
I’m a huge fan of the Twilight Saga and all the books. I love all four books. Breaking Dawn was a great book at the end I can see why many people felt as though their should have been some type of battle or loss because of all the hype prior to the Volturi Scene, but I think the ending was great. Here are these two people who have gone through so much already!!! There was constant danger in the relationship. Now it was time for their Happy Ending. Many couples start out with the “Happy Ending” and then go through a bunch of crap. I hope they keep Garrett’s speech at the end I thought that was well written. Can’t wait to see Bella as a Vampire I think she’s going to look great!
Geez, many of you are behaving as though you are opining on a story aired hourly by CNN, taking place in your neighborhood. The Twilight series is a fictional/fantastical (pretend, not real, not factual) story. If you can’t handle this one basic little fact, perhaps you should stick to reading “See Spot Run”. Your trauma-drama will be less severe and ridiculous.
^ Agreed.
I read Twilight for fun, but I know a lot of people who take it ridiculously seriously, including older people in their 20s whom you’d think would know better and have more maturity. Getting into an actual depression over how a book ends or how a book could have ended is borderline mentally ill, I’m sorry. Acting as though constructive criticism of a BOOK SERIES (that isn’t that well written anyway; after BD comes out in 2011, it’ll be gone fast) is a personal insult to you is ridiculous. Some of you have such thin skins. I read these comments expecting to see suggestions for BD’s director. Instead I see people defending the pedo-wolf, whining about people who dare to question Twilight’s “perfection” and just being whiny in general.
Grow. Up.
Breaking Dawn is a brilliant book – and absolutely perfect in everyway – and though I LOVE ALL TWILIGHT books, Breaking Dawn is by far and away my favorite. Hope the director, screenplay and story is given it’s due…. come on summit! This is an adult story and needs to be told that way.
I’m on both team edward/jacob. I can’t choose!
Has anyone even read the twilight books cus new moon movie did not include the electricity of bella and edward. Which is the whole story. It is a love story and thats what we want to see. their awkward love for each other. All of their scenes were rushed and i felt like they were a regular couple. Catherine Hardwicke never should have been fired. Thank summit(NOT) and their love for money for pushing her out of the picture and rushing all four movies out. I am saddened to not know what could have been.
The last scene in new moon is by far the worst put together. Since when is it romantic to fight with Jacob and two seconds later propose in the woods where he left her in the first place. That is not how it happened in the book. I felt that edward and bella did not have the connection that even comparesd to their relationship in twilight. Basically weitz rewrote twilight in a mans perspective thats not what we want to see. EVERYTHING WAS RUSHED. Too much action which was not the case in the book. ITS A ROMANCE not a cartoon.
