Twilight, True Blood, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, and Star Trek all won big at this year’s Spike TV Scream awards ceremony, held Oct. 17 in L.A., according to the Associated Press. In a surprise, William Shatner was on hand to accept the “Ultimate Scream” award for Star Trek, the 2009 film in which he did not appear. “This movie was big,” joked the star. “Imagine how big it could have been with me in it?”
Other notable awards went to the Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards (“Rock Immortal,” presented by Johnny Depp), Night of the Living Dead auteur George A. Romero (“Scream Mastermind,” presented by Quentin Tarantino), and Marvel mastermind Stan Lee (“Comic-Con Icon,” presented by Tobey Maguire).

Maybe the HP fans need to step up and vote for their franchise. I know Megan didn’t win for her stellar Oscar worthy performance. It’s a popularity context. And it’s the Scream Awards. Who cares.

i’m not sure we saw the same movie because twilight was hardly the best movie i saw last year. once people get over their love for robert pattinson and realize that the movie really wasn’t that good, maybe things will change.

twilight doesnt deserve ANY awards because it sucked. i cannot take award shows like this very seriously because it is very obviously based on popularity and not on talent or quality.The reason rpatz and kstew won is because their popular! they dont have any talent and yet they won!it is insulting to other actors and actresses who worked hard and had actual talent…
twilight is so overrated, all this shows is the twilight fans have so much time on there hands that they vote hundred times, but i do love Rob
