Police say Stephanie Pratt, the 23-year-old star of MTV reality show, The Hills, was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence reports the AP. Pratt was arrested outside a party in Hollywood and booked into a jail in the San Fernando Valley. She was released several hours later after posting $5000 bail.

Driving drunk is stupid, driving with a buzz is a huge risk nonetheless. Call a cab. Even if you don’t have any money! What’s more important? The mother of some family who you plow into or the two scraps of paper they call greenbacks that go into some cab drivers pocket? Put it into perspective people ducking out on a cab bill happens all the time in Quebec and that’s why it’s the greatest city in North AMERICA!!!
