Todd Stashwick (The Riches) will join Heroes in a recurring role, The Hollywood Reporter writes. He will play Eli, who has close ties to the carnival’s ringleader Samuel. Stashwick also plays NBC exec Sandy Goodman on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
