Ben Watkins, a writer on USA’s Burn Notice, is working on a new project for Fox, a drama about an undercover female investigator with identity issues, according to Variety. The woman at the center of the series is set to be in her late 20s and of mixed-race heritage with her identity issues stemming from the fact that she was adopted as an infant. Watkins, who’ll write the pilot, is executive producing with One Tree Hill and Smallville producer Mark Tollin.
